About me.

I am a male, in my 30’s,, and have 3 beautiful daughters who are my world. I have held a steady full time job from the age of 14 and have worked harder than I could have ever thought possible. Then I became a stay at home dad and I reevaluated the definition of hard work.

I also suffer from Fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. Researchers believe that fibromyalgia amplifies painful sensations by affecting the way your brain processes pain signals. It has many symptoms including nerve and muscle pain, anxiety disorder, depression, and insomnia.

This is a blog about myself and trying to better myself. Along with using medication, I  use stuffed animals, specifically ponies. The idea has had several applications in the real world with studies done with various organizations. I found out about this method through research and trial and error. I also found resources online to help find a base for this including, Can Stuffed Animals Cure Depression, AARP using them as therapy for the elderly, and using stuffed animals as service animal replacements.

I also have five articles that have been published through The Mighty and have been asked to speak at several conventions in North Texas.

I hope to bring help to others who suffer as I do. I hope to share my life experiences to everyone. I want to show my joys and sorrows of life, being a stay at home dad, and working crazy conventions with awesome people.

Thank you for reading.
